| Sunbelt Electric (Northern CA) Sunbelt Electric (Southern CA) | Since ACCO Engineered Systems established the Northern California Division of Sunbelt Electric in San Leandro, it has evolved from a low voltage control installation company to a strong medium voltage electrical group that has focused on our understanding of energy retrofits, facility upgrades, preventative maintenance as well as our core electrical construction.
We strive to continually educate our team with new and updated technologies, including commercial solar systems, lighting retrofits and controls as well as installation techniques. Our strong relationship with local utility companies allows us to provide our customers with new construction rebates and tips for achieving maximum energy efficiencies and savings.
Our IBEW Union electricians are dedicated and are personally committed to every project. They have continuing education not only through the IBEW, but through Sunbelt Electric as well.
We have recently provided electrical and controls services for Cisco, State Compensation Insurance Fund, JBEI Emeryville, Richmond City Hall, San Mateo Police facility and the San Jose Mineta Airport.
