This four story, 108,000 square foot office building includes a complete FBI certified forensic crime laboratory and offices for the Kern County District Attorney.

ACCO was the design-build HVAC contractor for this project. The system used a chilled water plant with VAV controls, hot water reheat, and DDC, ALC controls. An active value-engineering program with the general contractor produced significant savings and delivered the project three months early.
