The Solec International facility in Carson, CA is a silicon wafer facility growing and processing silicon crystals for photovoltaic cells.

This project is a design/build project where ACCO provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and process piping for their facility.

The first phase consists of 13 growing furnaces with future expansion to 29 growers. All support MEP systems were installed at this time to make the expansion easier and less disruptive.

The construction phase of the project was completed on a fast track schedule of 12 weeks.
