Originally built in 1923 as a golf clubhouse, Ojai Valley Inn has, over the years, become a world class resort and golf destination. In 1987, the resort was completely renovated. ACCO was chosen by Turner Construction as the HVAC contractor. The work included a new central plant and complete new HVAC systems for the guest rooms, club house and all public and back of house areas.
