Silhouetted against the West Los Angeles skyline, Westwood Center has long been a Westwood Villge landmark. Currently undergoing a complete redevelopment, it is poised to become the workplace for the 21st Century. When completed, the building will have 314,000 square feet of rentable space with approximately 274,000 sq. ft. being office and 40,000 sq. ft. of retail space on the ground floor. The building is served by a 1,200-ton central plant which feeds two variable speed air handling units on each floor. All mechanical systems will be controlled with a Carrier DDC system all the way to the individual zone level.
