Hollywood’s project of the decade, Hollywood & Highland, is a very high profile project for the redevelopment of Hollywood. It consists of a hotel (4-star Marriott Renaissance), Academy Awards theater (3,000 seats), five cinemas, two ballrooms, meeting rooms, high end restaurants, studios, and retail space encompassing the Metro station. It will also have six-story underground parking for 3,300 cars. The parking will be 1,100,000 sq. ft., the retail will be 675,000 sq. ft., the Academy theater will be 180,000 sq. ft., and the hotel will be 600,000 sq. ft.
