This highrise hotel, office building, and convention center in Pasadena, CA, has 225 rooms and 100,000 sq. ft. of public space. Rooms were conditioned with 2-pipe vertical fan coils with electric heat. Steve Amann worked with the engineer during preconstruction on a design-assist basis.
