Immunex Production Development Facility (PDF) is a new expansion to the Immunex campus in Bothell, WA. This addition is a three story; 50,000 sq. ft. building with the first floor housing the main Process Development areas and the second and third floors containing support functions and office areas.

The mechanical systems provided by ACCO in the production areas include 100% outside air systems with DDC temperature and humidity controls. Other systems also include clean rooms, fume hood exhaust systems and VAV systems for support and office areas.

The central plant was expanded, adding 1,400 tons of cooling capacity and a new 500HP steam boiler. The central plant expansion was done on a fast track basis, allowing for continuous operation of the existing facilities with no down time to these existing facilities during the tie-ins.
