This is a 306,000 square foot privately developed project for the Los Angeles Municipal Court system.

The project includes ten courtrooms with expansion capabilities for six additional courtrooms, sheriff's facilities, and detention areas requiring special security, district attorney's offices, cafeteria, and other support facilities.

ACCO was the mechanical contractor working for Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction. There is a 900-ton HVAC system with rooftop air handling units. The system is a VAV system with hot water reheat and DDC controls.
